In the event of a manufacturing defect in the custom-engraved record , Discomaton will remanufacture the order at its own expense.

If the customer wishes to retract or cancel the order after payment, Discomaton will issue a credit note for the total amount indicated on the order form. This credit note will be valid for 3 months from the date of cancellation of the order by the customer. After this period, the total amount of the credit note will be lost.

In the case of a refund request made after dispatch or receipt of the customer's order, the credit note can only be issued from the date of receipt by Discomaton of the defective product(s). In the case of an order made up of several items, only the product(s) presenting a defect (in accordance with article III) must be returned. The remainder of the order remains due.
